Below are my ideas and proposal for mini-documentaries. I look forward to creating together to push forward our culture through storytelling.

We have both quarter and annual options for Diversus and CSOG. The annual options display quarterly payments and deliverables but have a 20% discount.

We also included a “limited” option that slightly reduces deliverables to lower the price tag on it.

CONCEPT

These mini-documentaries will be a journey of discovery, celebrating the essence of Colorado Springs through the lens of its people. We will interview and showcase individuals whose stories reflect the city's spirit, highlighting their authentic experiences, aspirations, and unique journeys. The tone of these documentaries will be inspirational, providing viewers with a glimpse into the captivating narratives that thrive in our community.

I can see visually stunning and emotionally engaging documentaries that explore both the challenges and triumphs of these remarkable individuals. These videos will exude an atmosphere of authenticity and beauty, drawing viewers into the heart of Colorado Springs.

Each video will be also be made to drive people to the digital magazine to read more about the story.

PRODUCTION

We have vast experience leading story-gathering teams. Each team was comprised of a writer, photographer, and videographer, so I am confident we could work with your team to gather video during a story-gathering day.

Here are the ingredients of a mini-documentary:

VIDEO REFERENCES

I love how this video immerses us in the story and culture of these bikers. It FEELS like we are on the trail with them.

This video does an incredible job of exploring a person behind a profession. It also explores the city without making it front and center.

I appriciate the character building and live moments we experience within this mini-doc.

This is a trailer for a feature-length documentary but does a great job telling the story within a short amount of time.

We FEEL the stakes of losing a home and begin to appriciate the characters within the story.

PLATFORM REFERENCES

"60 Second Docs" excels in creating short, engaging content optimized for mobile viewing. Their strategy aligns with the intention to produce shorter (3-5 minute) documentaries that cater to mobile audiences. They effectively capture viewers' attention and provide a compelling teaser that encourages further engagement, such as reading the full story in Colorado Springs Magazine's digital edition.

"Humans of New York" has successfully branded itself as a storyteller of the people, adept at exploring diverse cultures and perspectives. They maintain an easily accessible and highly relatable approach, making their content feel genuinely human.
